All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice. Accepted payment methods may include:
Major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay. PayPal or Other secure payment providers offered at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship orders promptly; however, processing times may vary due to product availability, seasonal demand or handmade production schedules.
MCM8 is not responsible for: shipping delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged contact us within 5 business days of delivery, include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s).
Approved replacements or store credits will be issued at our discretion.

Candle & Product Safety
Please use all candles and apothecary products responsibly. By purchasing from MCM8, you agree to follow all safety instructions including:
Never leaving burning candles unattended, keeping products away from children and pets, burning candles on heat-safe surfaces, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs from topical or aromatic products.
MCM8 is not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow safety recommendations.
